Our PAP program begins at the Pre-Approval phase or when signed RESPA docs are received by FCFC - the decision is yours.  Our representatives will work directly with the borrowers on your behalf until closing.  Our PAP services are already a part of each mortgage serviced by our company, it is simply up to you whether you want to use them on any given transaction.
