First Choice Financial Corp was founded in 1998 by Wister Ritchie III, its current President & CEO. The company currently originates loans throughout the southeast.

To date, First Choice has helped several thousand homeowners through long-standing relationships with community banks, credit unions and other referral partners. In 2001, First Choice began its expansion into other southeastern states mainly through internet/online advertising and is now licensed in FL, GA, SC, NC, TN and VA.

Currently, our company provides services to over 250 community banks and credit unions. Our niche has always been loan placement and approval services. We have been a primary service provider for community bankers since 1998 and have consistently helped them service a higher percentage of their customer base.

Our focus and slogan are simple, Better services that build pipelines and boost fee income.
